Compile Ruins Chapter Numbers

I am running Scrivener for Windows, version 1.2.1.0

When I compile, the chapter numbers are all messed up. They show up as:
CHAPTER, CHAPTER ONE, CHAPTER TWO, CHAPTER THREE…etc…
so each chapter is one off because the first chapter doesn’t include a number.

I didn’t have this problem before the last update.

When I compile, I start with “Standard Manuscript Format” but then customize options (like putting a single return between scenes instead of the # symbol).
