Hello

Thank you.

Implementing this would probably fall under the same limitations described in this post. It is not easy or possible for us to make these kinds of markings without underlying support for it.

I see. Thank you very much.

If this is something for your own benefit, rather than something that needs to be in the compiled copy, you could maybe try using a character style with the “highlight” feature. Highlights are markings that appear in the editor only, and so they can help draw the eye to important phrases and words in a way that reader won’t see.

There’s also the option of (ab)using Unicode combining characters or variants, e.g.

Ⓗⓔⓛⓛⓞ Ⓦⓞⓡⓛⓓ
Ḥẹḷḷọ Ẉọṛḷḍ

but the result is often… well, “it depends”.

Thank you, I will try "highlight ".

I want to ask, is it possible to emphasize mark .below words?

You could underline, which will extend across the whole word or phrase like this.

Have a look at the Format ▸ Font ▸ Underline submenu. There is more than the basic single-score underline. You can choose dotted or dashed. This itself might be good to pair with a Style (rather than the highlight), so that you don’t have to go deep into that menu every time.
