Found a duplicable bug with Scrivener 3.1.2.0 for Windows and iOS app

Hi all,
I recently discovered a bug (glitch) when using Scrivener on both Windows and iOS. Not sure how much of a priority it would be to fix, but it’s an issue I can duplicate and it’s a bit annoying.

Basically, when I set up Project Targets, like deadline, when to reset counting sessions, writing days, etc., it’ll save them fine on the Windows version. Those settings stick if I only access the file from Scrivener for Windows.

However, if I access the manuscript from the iOS app and make changes, it erases all of the settings under the options with the exception of the last generated daily word count when I have it set to automatically calculate how many words I need to write a day to finish on time.

Like I said, annoying, but not the end of the world since this is the first project I’ve created in the new Scrivener (I’ve used the old version since sometime before 2016), so I’m used to not having spiffy features like that, but I’m sure others might like those options to work as well.

If you need more info, let me know.

Sounds like an issue reported before here: Project target deadline removed on Windows after opening project in iOS

Hi,
You are absolutely right. It’s the same exact issue. This is what I get when I try to squeeze in reporting an issue in between NaNo writing sprints. I completely forgot to do a search before posting.

Thanks for pointing it out.
