Is there a way to project-search by formatting?

I need to do a full project search by any italic text, as I’ve got some inconsistencies between where quote marks around italic sentences are italic as well.

Is there a way to search an entire project by formatting to find all italic sections? I’d like to avoid reading through the entire project if possible.
