The Scrivener program has not been updated for a long time. The current version of the program is 3.1.5.1. Do the developers plan to make updates for Scrivener?

If you search the forum you will find that has been asked and answered. It’s still supported and in development, but to put it mildly, the Win environment is a dog to develop for compared to the built in tools that make macOS an easier proposition (IMHO), not that macOS is perfect by any stretch.
My view, (in other words I do not speak for L&L) The L&L team don’t introduce needless changes to an app, so enjoy the completely functional Win Scrivener (I run all 3 versions).
