Space between bullet point and text

Hi there, I find that the default spacing between the bullet point and text is too large. Is there a way to change the spacing and apply the formatting to the entire document? Thanks!

You can adjust this using the Ruler tool. Bullet and text placement is all accomplished with tab stops. Moving those around will adjust the relative spacing used between elements. However there is no such thing as some central “list” appearance that will change everything. In general Scrivener isn’t that type of software—formatting is what you see right in front of you, not something being influenced by an external stylesheet.

So it might be simpler to not worry about finer details like this until after you compile, and can use a program that can potentially select all of the lists together, or modify how lists are displayed centrally.
