Unable to contact support

I’ve been away from Scrivener for a while and l am trying to contact support. I went to the help page and sent a message but the email bounced, twice! ~

Instead of emailing, use one of the contact forms.

After submitting the form, you should get an automated reply within an hour or two. If you don’t, be sure to check your spam folder.


My advice is to skip the site integration if it isn’t working for you, which can be a bit spotty on account of shortcuts taken by our previous web developer, and just log into the help desk itself:

The contact page used to work okay, but recent changes in underlying technology between the two sites has made it less reliable.
