I’m using Scrivener 3 and my writing tools are not available. They are greyed out. I need the dictionary to work. It’s even greyed out on the toolbar. I’ve tried several times to drag the dictionary to the toolbar but it’s not lighting up as active. I’ve tried closing my project and opening a new one and it’s still not working. Can someone help? 
Make sure that you’re in an Editor view, and the cursor is in the Editor pane.
