After a while some docs suddenly have link format (blue text, underlined). Why does it happen, how could one avoid it?
It isn’t clarified here, but have you already had a look at the open discussions on this matter and determined what you are seeing is not related to any known issue described within them?

I couldn’t say, without knowing which of these issues matches what you’re seeing. It would probably be better to take the discussion over to one of them if there is a match, though.
Sorry, I’m not sure I understand correctly, that means there is a solution, but only for certain cases? Or is there NO solution?
Where do you see these blue text underlined? In Binder, contents of a document? Perhaps show a screen shot or post the text from the editor where you see that?

No one knows yet if there’s a solution to your specific issue. The next step is for you to determine whether your issue is a known issue or a new issue.
Here’s how to do that:
Read through the thread links that @AmberV has already provided.
If one of those threads seems to match the scenario you’re experiencing, then your issue is a known issue. See if there are solutions in that thread, and pursue further discussion of your issue in that thread.
If none of those threads seems to match the issue you’re experiencing, then your issue is a new issue. Come back here and provide more details, perhaps screenshots, about what you’re seeing.

Didn’t expect there were obviously different bugs causing blue link text, that’s strange, indeed.
