Why does some docs suddenly have link format?

It isn’t clarified here, but have you already had a look at the open discussions on this matter and determined what you are seeing is not related to any known issue described within them?

• Links and bullets don’t play nicely together
• Links spread uncontrollably
• Often the entire or a part of the format suddenly changes to a link format (blue and underlined) after adding text
